1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and booking services with The Scrub Club LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

The Scrub Club LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Service details may vary based on the selected package.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or approved booking platforms.
  • Prices are based on property size, condition, and requested services.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs from what was described at booking.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept credit and debit cards, zelle, cashapp, venmo etc.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50 or a percentage of the service cost.
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of your service.
  • We will return to address any missed areas at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion.

 

6. Access to Property

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
  • The Company is not responsible for alarm systems not disclosed prior to service.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Please secure pets prior to service.
  • Remove clutter and personal items to allow effective cleaning.
  • Inform us of any fragile, valuable, or special-care items.
  • We are not liable for damage to items not properly secured or disclosed.

 

8. Limitations of Liability

  • The Scrub Club LLC is insured; however, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed items.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

 

9. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
  • If hazardous materials (biohazards, mold, etc.) are present and not disclosed, service may be canceled with applicable fees.

 

10. Recurring Services

  • Recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) agree to ongoing service until canceled.
  • Pricing discounts may apply and may be revoked if service frequency changes.

 

11. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access.
  • All content on our site is owned by The Scrub Club LLC and may not be copied without permission.

 

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your personal information and take reasonable steps to protect it.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

15. No-Solicitation / Non-Circumvention

To protect the integrity of our business and team:

  • Clients agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, contract, or engage any current or former employee, contractor, or subcontractor of The Scrub Club LLC for cleaning or related services outside of our Company.
  • This restriction applies during the term of service and for a period of 12 months after the last service date.
  • All service requests, scheduling, and payments must be made directly through The Scrub Club LLC.

 

Circumvention Fee:

If a client hires or attempts to hire any of our team members outside of The Scrub Club LLC in violation of this clause, the client agrees to pay a referral/liquidated damages fee of $2,500 or 12 months of estimated service value (whichever is greater). This amount reflects the cost of recruiting, training, and retaining qualified personnel.

  • This clause is considered fair and reasonable and is necessary to protect legitimate business interests.
  • Clients acknowledge that our staff and subcontractors are a valuable asset of the Company.
